I know the feeling. I have 2 kids. I made them watch the dog in the bedroom while I bottled to try and cut down on flying dog hair. After about an hour they were yelling at each other because they wanted to get out and do something.
I didn’t rush. Sat in primary for 2 weeks then in secondary for 2 weeks. Thinking some of it might also be from dry hopping. It’s my first brew so just nervous.
Thanks for the reply’s. I was able to lightly tap on the sides and most dropped. I was then able to fit it in my fridge for 6 hrs and that helped ALOT.
I dry hopped my first IPA 6 days ago and was planning on bottling tomorrow. Problem is my hops are still floating on top. Any way to get them to settle without cold crashing?
so I just moved my northern brewers chinook ipa into secondary. I didn’t take a OG but I think my gravity now is 1.008 is this correct and is that to low of a reading?
