Sorry about the confusion. I saw the bound copy in the picture you provided and assumed they sold it that way. They can put a comb binding on it after printing it out. Black and white is more affordable.
Checked the website and it is PDf electronic copy. You could print most of it black and white. Then only print out color diagrams and such. Probably would not cost 10$ at the most.
I would agree with the last post.You could speed about .20 cents per page of color and 6 cents per copy black and white. Better to help support the person who wrote it and get a better quality book out of it for the money.
