Coffee Mead - Primary or secondary?
My phone is crap & won't let me edit. I have done searches. I also know that coffee is high in nitrogen so the yeasties should love it in the primary, I just wonder if it will be like a melomel and the flavor will be driven off. Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew- wuk-i

Bray's One Month Mead
Quick followup: I started 3 meads in the style of BOMM. I did a 5 gallon BOMM to the letter (1388), then a 1 gallon catawba pyment (wyeast 1388), and a 4 gallon LoganBerry melomel (wyeast 3463). I started these about 6 weeks ago. The 2 batches with the 1388 haven't cleared yet. I just degassed...- wuk-i
