    Cloudy Ale Low Alcohol Content!

    Hi Grimian! Do you know the original gravity of the wort, that will give you an indication of alcohol content. What type of ale are you brewing? A Final Gravity of 1.012 isn't too bad, especially if you started with a fairly high gravity.
