Hmmmm I'm tempted! I still have a lot of 2-row, but burned through my MO very quickly! I could use some Midnight Wheat as I have been brewing a lot of Black IPAs mmmm. Need to brew some more!
Cheesecake - I still have your sack of 2-row!
If you make it to the Union Square area the Golden Gate Taproom usually has mostly Crafts on tap. I usually head there with clients while I am in the city.
There are many many pubs that have a great selection for Cali craft brews so feel free to wander and you'll never know what you shall...
Thanks for the update Bill - It might be wise to figure out the availability of the main hops such as Amarillo, EKG, Citra, Cascade, etc so we can balance out our hop orders before you close the buy.
Thanks again!

Feedback on the S-05 Yeast use - similar, but cleaner than the English Yeast as suspected. I pref the slight yeasty flavor addition the English Ale offers, but still delicious and worked fine since I had forgotten the English Ale East.
I went with 05 and will report back the difference. My original go at this one was using English Ale yeast as calls the recipe and it turned out outstanding. hope this matches it! Mmm just had a sip now. So delicious!
Wanted to provide my feedback on this brew. AMAZING. Tastes nearly identical to the Wookey Jack I sampled a pint of. I am literally going to brew it again this weekend, but I don't have any English Ale yeast. I only have California Ale and Safale 05. Any suggestions? Worth a trip out the LHBS?
I am going to try and make Saturday around Noon and will be picking up Glynn & Cheesecake's orders as well. Is my Infiniti going to do a wheeley after loading up the trunk? :)
I brewed up this recipe and last month and am half way through my keg right now. This beer is the best IPA I have brewed, close to the best beer I have brewed to date. Delicious and so perfectly balanced between malt and delicious hops.
Strong work! Now time to finish off this mug mmmm! :mug:
I live down the street from Glynn and we both use the water. I usually add a little bit of lactic acid to my mash, which seems to produce better results then when I forget. I have not tasted a salty or briny finish to any of my beers, but I eat a ton of Thai food so I may not be the best point...
