    To crush or not

I'm going to be brewing the recipe found here, should I get the steeping grains crushed or not at my LHBS? Thanks in advance :mug:

Yeah you have the newer one, mine is the older one with the drain on the right. The model number is FCM7SUCWW. I didn't get as much done last night as I would have liked too, my three month old son had different ideas! I did get up a bit early and work on it a bit this morning though...

Anyone have a source for a replacement seal for a chest freezer. Looking for a universal stick on type.

@daphatgrant, Yeah I thought that the freezer would only fit 3 as well, but it does indeed fit four. They are a very tight fit and you need to play with them a bit to get them to all fit (out of round slightly), but it will fit 4. @chelishubby, You could do either, I put 2x12's on my...

Yeah I am not sure that I'm gonna get the Christmas Ale done in time. Will be brewing next weekend as long as I get this project done haha. Worst case is that it's a bit green for Christmas and needs a bit more time. This past weekend, I got my taps sorted and put some pollyshades pecan gloss...

    Keezer primary/secondary regulator setup

I'm not sure I understand this. I have a bank of three secondaries that will each be running to their own keg. How will one keg have any effect on another? I know my set up is going to be a bit different than the OP, but curious just the same.

Wow, blast from the past, I still have the collar assembled and haven't done anymore with this project, gah! This weekend the Wife has given permission to move things along so that I can get my two kegs out of the ferm chamber and get another batch brewing. The next batch will be a Christmas...

    Attaching secondary regs to lid

I saw a post once where the guy attached his regs to the underside of the lid, I think using drywall anchors, but now I can't seem to find it. Any thoughts?

How many gallons of homebrew in 2015?

    14919 +5 gal West Coast IIPA 14924

    Second brew

I'm not sure exactly on final volumes, I just know it was more than 5 gal as I measured where 5 gal was on my spoon and it was above that. This one had quite a bit of hop in the bottom at the end of it so I wasn't able to transfer all into the carboy, so I couldn't get an accurate reading...

    Second brew

I finally got around to brewing my second batch yesterday. It was a West Coast Imperial IPA. The wife is due in mid August, so this was her pick as she is an IPA lover! See my first brew here. Everything went very smoothly, no problems at all with the brew-day. I had a late LME addition...
