    you need to adjust your recipes to fit your your system. Not everyone has the same losses from tuns, racking readings, or get the same efficiency. Small amounts, but they add up by the time bottling comes around

    Sanitize right and there goes 90% of your concern. the beer will basicly make it self from there on out no matter how you try to mess it up.

    I have probably drank a swimming pools worth of BMC, and yes can tell the difference between them. I rather drink the good stuff, but who am I to turn down a beer of any kind.

    ok then, If i had that stuff i would use the Amber, the dark, the choc, the crystal, the fuggles,the hersbrucker and 04? and maybe some of the corn sugar. (maybe not all of the choc. maybe half)

    I agree with all of that. You certainly can make great beer with out worrying about what category some one wants file it under. And weather or not you know what an IBU is or any other that other mumbo jumbo. If it's good, it's good.
