Yeah I called SWMBO on that one one time. She got mad at me for spending to much time on the beer and then hours later asked me to make my black cherry ale (her favorite) again some time soon.

I made a pre brewing cleaning check list, a step by step brew day time line, and a post brewing cleaning list. Really helped my starting up and while I don't need them anymore I keep them to make sure I stay organized. Sucks to need something and realize you forget to clean it.

That sucks NIZZLE. I used a new burner on my last brew and boiled off more water than intended. I made the bad call not the top off with water and just leave it as is. The end result was about a 1% higher than intended alcohol content. My yeast was not rated for that so now I can't get them to...

Oh right. I work at a liquor store. I've got my beer customers trained to rinse the bottles and bring them back. Good thing too. I brew much more than I drink so I give away a lot of beer and rarely get those bottles back.

Giving free bottles to home brewers? Or am I misunderstanding something?
