I definitely wouldn't have near the amount a brewery does. I try to brew once a week so your only looking at about 15lbs of grain a week that I don't do anything with. I'm in Northern Cal Brentwood.

How far are you willing to travel to pick up the grains?

A brewers mat....should help with my temperatures during fermentation.

Same here, I had to adjust the grain bill a bit it allow me the ability to fit a 10g batch in my MT. So I would say its loosely based on the recipe.

Lake walk pale ale

First of the 10g batch I did. This one is the 1056 yeast. Next is the 1098, coming soon.

I would love the recipe if you wouldn't mind sending it. I love pumpkin ales.

I have 10 gallons of lakewalk fermenting right now. I did 5g of Wyeast 1056 and 5g of 1098, interested to see the difference.

Jukas, I measured the small Nonic glass last night and it hold 10oz to the top.

I haven't measured it (and didn't walk out with it) but its smaller than you think. I can measure it tonight and let you know. By the way you can't buy them either. The only glass they sell are the wine shaped glasses with their logo on it. Befriend one of the servers, that's my advice.
