    -Russian River Pliny the Younger (substitute Elder year when it's not Feb) -Firestone Union Jack -Lagunitas Lil Sumpin Sumpin -Founders Backwoods Bastard -Black Diamond Brewing Rampage (gotta give it up to the local breweries) Really would like to try Two hearted and Heady Topper.

    Ok brewed a batch and I have about 15+ lbs of grains. With a little pumpkin in them. I know, I know, late for pumpkin ales. But I was really busy during those months and didn't get to brew one.

    It tasted a little off to me a first but I think that just in my head. A second taste seemed fine. Here is the side of the carboy before racking if it helps.

    Totally what it looks like!! But seriously it's nothing? There was a film on the side of the carboy, what is that?

    At first I thought it tasted a little off but then after trying again it seemed fine. I think it was my mind playing tricks on me. I couldn't see a powdery skin on the top for sure. But there was a little something on the side of the carboy after racking. Which I have a picture of if it will help.

    Found this a few days ago, any ideas? I used Kolsch ale yeast and fermented for about 2 weeks 4 days. Then I found the little round thing you see. After finding I cold crashed for 3 days. The picture is right before kegging it tonight, am taken from looking down the neck of the carboy. Besides...
