    People who say a certain beer sucks... suck

    makes me mad when i let someone try a beer and they tell me "that taste like straight piss, just give me a bud light and i'm happy." Yes, i guess you are happy since ignorance is bliss. I'm sure that bud light and the beer they just tasted was probably the only 2 beers they have ever tried.

    i went straight to 5 gallons on the first batch cause 1 gallon is only gonna last me 2 or 3 drinking sessions, then ill have to wait a few weeks to get more beer....

    i'm going to leave it in for 2 weeks rack half of it to prime and bottle and the other half to sit in secondary for a month and see how much of a difference it makes, seeing as this is my first try i want to learn as much as possible about it and decide what's better for me to do personally

    what if i pitched more?? it stayed at that temp for probably 4 to 6 hours but i'm going to be using my downstairs closet from now on. i left it upstairs in the laundry room closet( with no washer or dryer) and i think it would work better next time downstairs it's usually around 68 to 70...
