I released the pressure and it is still serving up foam pints.

The line is 2 feet it's set at 5psi and I shook it almost 2 weeks ago. I have tried to up and down the c02 but it doesn't change anything

I just tapped my first HBkeg and there is nothing but foam. 6 pints worth I tried 4 psi and also 10. Any help would be great. I know that the first draws are going to have alot of yeast, but this is pure foam.

What should the Mead read when it is done?

I tried to force carb, but at the same time I was having trouble with my regulator. Now that I have that fixed can I force it again?

Is my cider ready for the secondary when it stops bubbling? It bubbled for about 2 weeks and stoped yesterday.

I have been trying to figure out where I should cut the hole for the shank. The front or side? Does anyone have pro's or con's to either.

I think having the taps on the side is the only way to go. What did you do to make sure you didn't hit anything you shouldn't? Any help would be great?

Where do you get your supplies? Do you have to drive to Tucson all the time? There was a store out on 92, don't know where that went. I moved away 3 years ago
