    Dry hopping my way

When I dryhop I just dump whole hops right in. Then I rock back and forth once a day for a week or two. Why do I do this? Well I fell that it alows more of the beer to come in contact with the leafs. Is this OK, does anyone else do this?

    Shirron or Perlick?

The Perlicks are in the mag but not online. I am going to go with the Perlicks. $28.99 X 4 = $115.96 + Tax

    If there were no homebrew/micro/craft?

I would drink Miller Lite, I have a hard time with the other two. I put a cascade bud in a miller lite, it tasted great. If you are going to a bar with a crappy beer selection, bring your own hops.

    Look what I found

Back in the day I went to a place that had 70 beers on tap. Every thursday they would have all the beers on sale that were not being consumed fast enough. This would keep them fresh. It was a great Idea.

    Beerswap 2007: Cheeser's Pleasers

I tried the Mapfelwein last night, and the first thing I noticed is that it is filled to the top of the bottle. Nice color, was a little sweet but really drinkable.
