Funny thing about Yuengling. A little birdie told me that every beer they make is the same wort. They just use different yeasts, blending, and watering down (yep, Lager Light is literally Lager with water added to it) to make every beer in their line-up. The exception being the anniversary...

It says that on the keg caps for Octoberfest too. A fellow employee and I noticed it because one of their keg caps came back on one of our kegs, and we were puzzled. I even said "it's probably a tax law." Now we know!

Still waiting haha. My first AG batch (an oatmeal stout) was pretty tasty, though. But I wouldn't call it "great."

Too hot to brew! But in a couple months, I'm doing a, egregiously hoppy IPA, I don't care what anyone says, I like 'em haha. And then I have a bunch of rauchmalt, so some rauchbier it is. Oh, and a redo of my oatmeal stout for the winter, yum.

It was a good time...I was hauling kegs off of the reefer truck the whole day (except for the last part of the night session), but still had fun. Working for Troegs has it's advantages and disadvantages haha. Got to try SN's Southern Hemisphere! Woot.

I'm in! Although high-quality digital video is something I can't really do. Digital camera video, certainly. And besides, we're homebrewers, DIY is our thing! The videos shouldn't have to be professional quality...
