Was it clear before bottling? I bottled a clear in the carboy strawberry wine recently that clouded up once bottled. It took about a month (or so, I boxed it and put it in a closet), but cleared back up.

How are using gelatin (if at all)? The colder you can get the beer before adding it, the better.

I suppose you could do like winemakers do and add campden and k sorbate. Maybe look at the recommendation for wine. Then dont worry about the filter and carb in the keg.

If and when you decide to dump them into a keg, I'd make sure to purge with CO2 first! Otherwise, it seems your temp is fine and you may have miscalculated priming sugar.

Did you adjust for the temp? A 1.010 reading at 70 with a hydrometer calibrated at 60 would be slightly lower than actual.
