    2 vials

If you have a stir plate I think you will be ok. You should have enough yeast be ok. If not you maybe under pitching a bit but it will be fine either way. When I started brewing I used to just pitch one vial without a starter and was fine.

Dual Element 5 Gallon Batch 120V Build

It is exactly what I was looking for. I want to do the same with my setup but use propane with an heating element to boil then just use the element to keep it rolling by itself. I want to do this to cut costs on propane. I'm looking forward to your future updates.

    Wheat in an IPA

I've been looking for a recipe for that beer for sometime now but couldn't find anything promising. I love that beer, and it defiantly doesn't have a lot of wheat-y flavor but the hops. AMAZING. Do they have either if these online from BYO the other.

    Drinking beer with a cold

I can still taste it but not to it's full potential. I think it's because of the clog sinuses. If I take a big whiff I can smell some of it great aromas.

Pitching dry yeast in the secondary

What I do when I dry hop in the secondary is put a nylon mess bag that was used in the past for my BIAB (brew in a bag) day over my racking cane or auto siphon. This way what ever hop particles are floating around don't get transferred over to the bottling bucket. Also if you leave you hops in...

British Brown Ale Nut Brown AG

Question about Nottingham. I love the recipe and I like the way it taste. But does the yeast have anything to do with the fruit flavor that I get from this beer.

Want to brew a belgium beer

Brewed it up yesterday and I got steady bubbling right now. I'm going to keep my swamp cooler water at round 60 degrees to hopefully maintain it at around 65. The recipe doesn't say to raise temps up after a few day but should I do it anyway. Will I get the same character out of this beer.

    Maple Bourbon Barrel-Aged Barleywine

Just added the hops for dry hopping and I'm impressed. I love it even if it did finish dry. At room temp it was to oaky for me but, I placed some of it in a cup then refrigerated and It tastes great. The oaky-ness is cut down and you can taste a lot of the toffee flavor you were talking...
