    White Stout Recipe Question

The whole point is to emulate the flavors of a stout of porter. The naming shouldn’t be that complicated or specific honestly. It just a fun beer that challenges the senses.

found a recipe that called for 16 oz of whole coffee beans and 6 oz of cacao nibs. I would definitely like to have the balance of the beer to lean more towards the roasty side of things go move coffee, I think would be better I think.

    How Do You Aerate?

I used to use the venturi effect method but if the flow stops at any point while siphoning you'll have a big mess. It works great though but im lazy and usually walk away while siphoning.

Hop Tea with priming sugar for maximum hoppiness

Give it a shot and report back to us! I dont see why it would give you any off flavors or anything negative. Why not steep the hops in a bag though so that you dont have to worry about straining them out afterwards.

Recipe feedback - citra dark ale

Ancor steam makes a beer that's close to what your trying to create called brekles. It's a hoppy brown all that is brewed with all citra hops. A great beer in my opinion.
