    the turn out was amazing, the line to get in was over a mile long. the amount was halved from four to two bottles because of the amount of people.

    Im going to brew the following and would like to add chocolate. Any info would be appreciated. 8.75 lbs muntons pale ale malt 1 lb of crystal 75 1.5 lbs of brown malt 0.75 lb chocolate malt 6.5AAU Fuggle hops at 60 min (1.3 oz of 4.7 AA) 3.15 AAU Fuggles at 15 min (.67 oz of 4.7% AA)...

    temp controlled mash schedule HELP!!!

    I am going to brew a recipe that has 13 pounds grain including one pound rice hulls, the recipe calls for protein rest @ 122 degrees for 15 minutes, sacc. rest at 151 degrees for 60 minutes, mash out 170 degrees for 15 minutes. i have a couple questions. What do i need to do with the rice...
