    Cool. Sometimes it the little things. Most the times the smell will go away. Even if it doesn't it could taste just fine.

    I would have to say the air lock is not set right. Must be leaking around the bung. I would re-set it.

    I would let the fermentation come to an end. Then i would use priming sugar. I tryed what you are talking about and every bottle exploded when i would open it. You can get your cider to carb up by bottling it straight from the fermenter but its very tricky to know when, and i have brewed a lot...

    It looks great. Cider doesn't ferment crazy like beers.

    I let it go in the primary untill it's bubbling every 30sec then i go to the secondary for 7 days. Bottle for two weeks. I turn out great cider. You need cider from an orchard.
