    Who's smoking meat this weekend?

Not meat BUT, smoked jalapeños, stuffed with onion & chive cream cheese, 4 way mexican cheese and wrapped with crescent rolls. Then baked in a cast iron skillet on the smoker.

    Show us your Kegerator

Remote CO2 I find is even better. I ran mine thru a in-wall water supply for an ice maker using a QD. Everything stays sealed when changing tanks.

Wanted Large Keg O rings wanted

Use McMaster to find the dash number (size of the oring) then see if you can find that on Amazon. If all you're getting is a few orings from McMaster, shipping may kill you.

Wanted Large Keg O rings wanted

Using a tape measure may not be accurate enough. Might need to use a caliper. It should be a "standard" size. You'll just need to measure it as close as you can to get the "right" one. McMaster is a good spot to start looking.

Wanted Large Keg O rings wanted

Hard to tell from the pic if that's a "typical" corny keg lid or not. If it is this would fit: CornyKegLidOring Otherwise, you'd have to measure the one you have and see what the sizing is relative to the link above.

Lambeau Field and Green Bay, WI Info requested

Not sure if it will fit in but do the packer hall of fame inside of Lambeau. Tailgating is big. You may want to get there early, walk around and soak it in. Hotels fill quick. I've always driven up and parked and drove back home. Title town brewing is meh. Building is cool, there are some cool...

    Salt Additions

Who's two-row are you using? Rahr's two-row is more acidified than "regular" two-row. To get around this, you use 5 Lovibond rather than 2. There's a reference to this in Bru'n Water somewhere to account for this. Something to keep in mind if you're using Rahr two-row. Took me a few times to...

Sweet! My fridge was made for CO2 lines!

Your water dispenser is now for beer. And no ice maker makes room for more hops.

Drip tray with glass washer - makes me hap-hap-happppy

What regulator are people using? I'm starting to redo my bar and finally install my rinser. I was going to just use on that's mostly used for RV use. Mine will be a permanent install. I'm casting it into a concrete counter top next to my sink.

    For Sale Ispindel

I have one "weep" a little bit. Both "normal" and under pressure (~10PSI) I haven't tried an o-ring but I believe this is the post that was referred to. iSpindle Concentrators, Repeaters, Bridges, Hubs Mine still has the "locking" ring below the cap on. I know it can be removed but how much (if...
