Cornelius Keg Lid with TC Clamp opening?

I'm working on my own version. I had 2 pin lock kegs that I converted to ball lock. The PRVs were shot so i drilled them out, dimpled the hole, pressed in 1/2 of a 6" long 1.5 TC extension tube and soldered it in. The bails on the pin locks are a lot wider and will fit the TC if it's about...

If you're adding grain to 160 water, your mash temp will be almost 20 degrees cooler depending on your mash tun temp, grain temp , etc. You'll need to start paying attention (or more attention) to all the brewing Variables if you indeed want to make better beer.

low profile sankey to ball locks

You quoted my post! My guess too is that the Mr brew threads are 1/4 and/or 1/8 npt. You would just need the npt to flare fitting if you have everything else. I haven't built another one since that very first one. I had noticed the links were now outdated but never went back to try and update...

Source for a *static* Pressure Relief Valve for a pin lock 5gal?

You could get a new lid or possibly drill it out and add a bolt on style like this: Amazon.com: Pressure Relief Valve Replacement for Keg Lids - Compatible with Ball Lock or Pin Lock Kegs: Industrial & Scientific BUT I haven't found a version that's all stainless steel-if that matters to you.

submerging corny kegs in heated water bath for kveik fermentation?

I'd have to look, I don't remember any more. I think you may be better off building a rigid foam "box" that you could put over the keg(s). Heated water shouldn't degrade the rubber/adhesive on the keg.

submerging corny kegs in heated water bath for kveik fermentation?

I don't think an aquarium heater is going to be able to raise the temp that high. Or at least it's going to take a while to get there. Can you build more of a fermentation type cabinet to hold the heat in better? Even then, I don't know if a seedling mat will put out enough heat either. I'm...
