I have taken a case (in the box), and checked it with the bagage inside a cooler. I put a pillow in the top to prevent the bottles from moving around, then I taped the thing shut like a hurricane was going to blow it open. They made a three hour trip just fine.

What is the present alcohol content? I brewed an IIPA a while back that took the btter part of three months to carb. Also, I find that when you reach the limit of the yeast, agitating the bottles seem to help. Is this the AHS kit that uses eight ounces of high alpha hops?

I finf that after a soak on hot soapy water, a razor blade takes the lable off and most of the glue too, and no messing around with amonia
