    My first attempt at making chillers...

    looks good!! I used the remaining 15 or so feet to make a pre chiller as well.. I used mine the first time with no pre-chiller and was able to pitch in about 35 minutes with 68 deg hose water.. With my pre-chiller it took about 20 minutes. Worth it IMO, going to be well worth it...

    Stainless steel washers - I have extras!

    I picked some up for my mash tun cooler conversion... They are at the Ace hardware just up the street. I can get some if anyone is in need. they are stainless, 13/16 inside diameter opening and 1 3/4 outside diameter.. I have two here at the house and can get more next time I am up there...

    heh thanks.. I have most of the copper left over from a bathroom remodel and all that.. I am not expecting high efficiency for my first couple all grain batches so.. if I don't get improvement after a few maybe I will change that around after the fact. Any additional opinions on this...
