    More problems

I checked the hydro, It is scaled in Tralle and Proof. The scale goes from 0 proof at the bottom end of the hydro and 0 Tralle at the bottom. So I was mistaken earlier when I said that it was below one. It was actually below 0. Does that help?

First time brew, do I have a problem?

I proceeded to start my first brew, a belgian wit with steeping grains etc. My stovetop eye is smaller than my brewpot base by a large margin. This led to trouble getting up to temps. I had a very light boil going on through the whole process. Is this a problem? Thanks, Joe
