The actual delivery trucks tend to be parked indoors and usually are just a walkthrough to the cab. So depending how warm the driver wants to be, the back may be relatively warm. The freight trucks in which packages spend a majority of their time have absolutely no climate control.

Carbonating per bottle is a good option, or marking your fermenter/bottling vessel so you know roughly how much to actually expect and adjust to suit that.

I bottle mead in standard beer fashion. And while JOAM is drinkable after 2 months, its way better after 6. My most recent batch has been bulk aging for 8 currently.

Was going to do an all grain pale ale biab, however I found out my pot is leaking from the handle rivets. Small delay and reason to upgrade to a 10gallon for full boils! Other pot will still work for lhbs partial boy extract kits.
