    Brewpub with no beer? WTF?!

Not sure about Stone but you should try O'Fallon's Smoked Porter that took a gold medal at GABF in 2004. I am pretty sure most of their products are available in IL, not sure about WI. Try our Beer! And I must say that their Smoked Porter that was aged in 23yr old Pappy Van Winkle barrels...

Oster 5.0 on Sale at Best Buy

The lower price has to be in effect for a price match. And if you notice this thread was started over a month ago and from what I can tell it is now regular price.

50 gallons of Hard Cider in a barrel

I'd rather know where you are! Best offer we have had so far is $6.50/gallon and that place is almost 120miles away. *Edit* It appears that you are in Fairfield County, CT. Darn not close to me. */Edit*

    Odell's Extra Special Red?

I tasted this recipe a few months ago and thought it was almost spot on. I think he meant 1272 and not 1227.

    UK/US Customs and Hops?

I've found a homebrew shops here in London that are selling some fresh noble hops for around $20-24 US per lb. But I can't seem to find a customs law that would prevent me bringing them home to the states. As well I can't seem to find any law that would prevent me bring some to the UK when I...

Any Harmony One owners on tha' bier web?

I have a 880 and love it. The only issue I have is an issue with my tv not having discrete input codes for the inputs and Logitech even came up with a method to work around that. Top notch in my book.

    Dissecting A Therminator

Mark me down for $15 and I'll cover shipping it to whoever is going to be doing the "surgery". Speaking of which do we have someone for that yet?

    Dissecting A Therminator

I volunteered mine early in the thread and that offer still stands. As long as we raise enough to cover the cost of a new one I'm game.

Thanks! I look forward to the pictures and measurements in hopes I can put your knowledge to good use on my conical. If everything works out I will have to go buy a second! Thanks again!

    Chile Pepper Beer????

What type of beer are you thinking of making? Depending on the beer style would/should dictate what type of pepper(s) you use and how much. As an example I made a smoked habanero imperial porter and I used 3 habanero's soaked in rum (to help sanitize them) and let them soak in the...

    Fermentation Chamber 1.0

I do over plan/engineer some of my projects, but I place that blame on my former employer. It became a standard occurance for us to say "We don't have time to do it right, but we have time to do it over". So I take my time and design, design and design to make sure that I don't have to do it...

    Fermentation Chamber 1.0

I've had a 5000btu A/C unit sitting around since last summer, along with a 15gal plastic conical since January 2008. Now that we bought a house a few months ago I finally have room for all of my brewing stuff. It is now time to build a cabinet to house my fermenting beer so that I can...
