You will need to use 2x6 or 2×8 it will help you fit one more in there. Spend a tiny bit more money and get a third keg in there even if it just for lagering

I belive theyy are better. But i cant see paying that much for there kettles. They do have great other equipment.

I did a vienna and mosaic smash once and did a decoction during it. Not a big one just enough to change the color a bit and add a differnt taste. Thats still a smash. But i think what you are asking would not be a smash. You are basically making another malt.

Spike has very nice kettles.

Check the o rings on your out post one might have sliped off. Use keg lube.

Good luck i just moved to 10 gallon batches. Keep all your smaller stuff its nice to try a 5 gallon batch first.
