So I reran the install command and it indeed prompted as to whether I wanted to update or not, but it didn't update the style.css which is why I think I still have the issue with the dotted line not showing up and the brewery images being tiny? here's the text from the CLI:

OK I enabled more logging and was also able to find and flash using the .hex file

I'm using USB to connect it to the Rpi and it is indeed an Arduino Uno R3. I'll try finding and uploading using the .ino, but is there anywhere I can just get the .hex from and then flash it using that on my computer using xloader/avrdude?

Ahh OK well I look forward to you being able to set that stuff up!
There are a few problems I have encountered:
Getting the taplist to display the beer rating
Having the dotted line separating the bitterness column from the beer name/tasting notes column when displaying beer or Brewery images...
First off I want to say thank you SO MUCH to @LBussy for the auto-installer code!!! And thank you to RandR+ and @Tobor_8thMan for the updates to the code to keep this working.
I originally did my rasperrypints build about 5 years ago and MAN was that a pain! I was dreading having to go through...
Just a heads up in case anyone had tried to download the .stp file for the raspberry pi case designed with for mounting an alamode board that the file for the bottom part of the case was not a true solid model and basically just a renamed .stl file, but I have since updated the thingaverse page...
I've actually been working on a 3D printable modified Rpi2 case that is intended specifically to have the alamode board mount on top of it. It solves the shorting issues, and gives the board support so it isn't only resting on the GPIO pins. It also has the unneeded 14 extra Rpi2 pins blocked...
CaptnDelta thanks so much! IMHO these were much needed features. I wish I was familiar with the languages that you guys are coding in so that I could contribute. Is there any chance of integrating some sort of RFID based user consumption stats into the new build? I ask mainly because you've...
I totally get that, which is a compelling reason to keep the instructions around on how to do it the way we've been doing it, but not really a reason there can't ALSO be the option to do it using a stock image for those that aren't looking to do anything but run raspberrypints or who are...
This may be a stupid question, but why is it necessary to go through all of the individual steps to get this going rather than to have a stock SD card image that can be downloaded and then flashed and then from there setting up the personalized things like static IP's, passwords, usernames etc...
What about one of those air filters used in line with air pumps for oxygenation wort? Maybe you could install one of those into the lid and that way air will get in but hopefully not the airborne particles, bacteria, yeast etc
I'd day it's due to the lack of heating in the sight glass as opposed to the kettle itself. The heating causes currents in the kettle as the heated wort rises to the top. Also even if the wort had stratified it would be potentially harder to see it from the top view rather than the side view you...
It appears you are confusing the original gravity (the specific gravity right before you add yeast) and the final gravity (which is what you're measuring when your hydrometer measurements level out after fermentation is complete). The specific gravity will become LOWER as fermentation continues...
Wow thank you guys so much! After initially not having success with the suggested fix I went ahead and just tried to reboot the pi and stopping the script and uploading the arduino sketch. This time it worked perfectly and my pours are registering! Thanks so much for helping a fella out.
Cheers!
