    define, I make music via Fruity Loops but am not good at playing any instruments. Well, I can keep time and sort of play drums, but that is it.

    Whats the worst kit you have done?

    I did a NB Scottish 60 kit and let it ferment too warm (80), which was a very bad idea. Drinkable at best, but even that was barely.

    I always seem to hit the target gravity, but my first thought was is anything getting stuck in the bag? I have noticed that it clumps up if you are pouring over the pot. :confused:

    I have brewed 4 beers now, and today I am starting my first all by myself recipe. All the others have been from kits, so I am really excited. I was looking up some kegging information when I found this site and decided with all the information here that I should join.
