    What are you drinking now?

Homebrewed IPA, original recipe. MAN, that was a success! I was a bit worried it would turn out like our last hoppy beer, which tasted like grass. But this time around, it's epic.

    Rapeseed honey

As I understand, most honey in Sweden is supposedly rapeseed honey, although sold as wildflower. You often see a few hives just outside a rapeseed field. In my opinion, the honey is hit and miss. Sometimes you strike gold and sometimes it's just bland.

Show us your Mead in a photo!!!

A tiny batch of bochet. OG is 87, the yeast is rated for 10%. Thinking of adding something after racking, either cold pressed coffe or licorice root or... I don't know...

    What are you drinking now?

Had some home brewed porter and then some Innis & Gunn Original. I never liked that Innis & Gunn, some of their limited editions are to die for - but the original is just... meh. But I am amused, as I recalled I didn't like it because I thought it was bitter... how the f? Could hardly tasty...

    Who sells BIAB kits?

Many who sells kits also include recipes, heck the NB kits are on Beersmith 2's add-on list. Just click Help/Add-ons/Add and scroll down to the recipe add-ons you want and scale down to 3 gallon BIAB.

    Kegging or going all grain?

All grain. It is SO much more fun, and the result is amazing.

How bad was your first home brew?

I had bought a can of Coopers Real Ale, to get my feet wet. I didn't expect much from it but ya gotta start with your training wheels on. My memory is a bit fuzzy, I might've added another can of unhopped extract from Munton. What I did wrong... everything. The result: It did not ferment...

Who else spends too much tome at work reading home brew forums?

I used to work at a hospital, I'd wait for every department in the hospital to call me and ask me to call in extra personel when needed. Pretty sweet, but boring job. And stressfull as hell at times.

    Citra/Amarillo

Wow... there's still hops left from 2010 here. They're still fine.

Who else spends too much tome at work reading home brew forums?

I kinda miss my old job... sitting all alone in a office, with the door closed. During my loooong down periods I'd surf the web, watch movies, listen to music, read, etc... worked one new years weekend, watched 12.5 movies that weekend at work. :P

Might there be a beer I like?

It's getting a tad OT, but I kind of dislike the fact that I don't like wine. I find wine extremely interesting, it's amazing really... but every time I drink it I'm reminded that it tastes bad. Granted, I haven't had that much wine but the ones I've had have all been very different, but...

Might there be a beer I like?

This is not a beer making forum. It's a homebrewing forum. Ever heard of... wine? Mead? Cider?

Might there be a beer I like?

When people say they don't like beer, I always tell them they've never had real beer. But damn... you sure have been trying! Myself, I didn't even like beer when I first decided to brew (I was handed an old homebrew book, and it was interesting). It was during my research into the process I...

    Gotta Girlie Beer Recipe?

Instead of trying to brew something they are supposed to like; why not challange their perception of beer? There's so much out there, and most probably only had lagers. Do a smoked, malty session beer. Not an overly peat beer, of course.

    Baltic Porter

A normal porter is fermented with ale yeast, however baltic porters are usually fermented in lager temperatures.

Can you tell me what this guy is saying

You could contact him, and probably get a more detailed recipe: http://www.mydestination.com/prague/restaurants/128934/u-medvidku-restaurant-brewery - if you ask really nice. Worth a try, at least.

Funny things you've overheard about beer

Reminds me of the classic... "Is this legal?"

Streaming brew day? Post your link here!

I'm way too shy to doing this myself, closest thing is when I've had some competative gaming streamed. :P Good luck, and oh... could you tell us about your brew?
