So mike, you say early on in this thread that you are going with the 20 gallon system. What's your typical batch size? I know it says you CAN do 5 gallon batches in the 20 gallon system. But you are limited to grain bills that are lower. I just wonder if someone is going to do 95% 5 gallon...
