    Dishwasher Sanitation

    I've only been brewing about a year (7 batches) but that is the way I bottle. I soak in Oxyclean and water, rinse, put in the dishwasher with no soap or anti-spot and run on sanitize. I run it in the morning and bottle that evening. I set my bottling bucket on the counter and fill the bottles...

    If you are going to Austin, I would make a trip to Kruez's BBQ in Lockhart. Truly one of the best BBQ joints in the state.

    Thanks for all of the advice guys. I've had a great trip. I hit NoDa, Birdsong, Heist, Trophy, and Crank Arm. North Carolina has a great brewing scene.

    Twisted X Brewing and The Salt Lick Barbeque, both in Dripping Springs. Stop at Twisted X's taproom first because The Salt Lick is BYOB.
