    Chiller: Immersion vs Counterflow

Oh yeah? Why is that? I don't want a pump of any sort. Aside from cost, I am really tight on storage space.

    Chiller: Immersion vs Counterflow

Hey all, Chilling the wort is now the most tedious part of my brewday. I am going ot make a wort chiller of some sort. Those with Counterflow chillers- Can you chill in one pass, without recirculating? I don't want to get a recirculating pump, and just want to use my auto-siphon. My water...

    Looking for bottles?

This seems to be more for microbreweries. The minimum buy size is ~2000 bottles. Am I missing something?

    From Home Brew to Microbrew

From personal experience, I agree with some previous posts. Doing what you enjoy doing, once it is a job, can really change things. My programming hobby became my profession, and once I was forced to do it 8+ hours a day, working on stuff other people want (very akin to the Insipid Blonde Ale)...

Boiling 5 Gallons on Stove Top

If you get a stainless brew kettle, you also have the option of using an induction cooker.
