Greetings from a few hours north in DFW!

44404 + 5 g NB Irish Red + 5 g IPA = 44414

I have the NB Irish Red bottle conditioning right now. I've had a couple of "test" bottles so far, and they're pretty good. Planning on moving them to the fridge next week.

Here's the IPA I just brewed: 7lbs Light LME 1cup light brown sugar 1/2lb Crystal 20 1/2lb Cara-pils 2lb 2-row pale 1oz Chinook @ 60 1oz Centennial @ 10 1/2oz Centennial @ 5 1/2oz Centennial dry hopped Safale US-05

No change as of now. My October drill weekend got pushed to the end of the month, with the possibility of it being cancelled if the shutdown lasts until then.

My first batch had no temperature control, and fermented around 78*. Airlock activity slowed way down and the krausen fell back in after a few days- maybe 3 tops. I left it in the carboy for a total of just over 2 weeks before bottling (3 straight gravity readings were the same over 5 days)...
