Very true! The extra $$$ for the VIP passes are well worth it. That extra hour you get is when you'll want to hit the rares and one-offs on your list.

Got mine last week, I already made a hop spider with the hop bag and some stuff from Lowe's. Trying everything out this weekend. Been brewing with just big sheet of voile material, not made into a bag or anything. The edges got really frizzy.

Thanks guys! I'm thinking about doing an IPA and a hefe. I'm not going to spend the money to buy/build a jockey box, I don't think. Might just do the trashcan thing. I should be able to fit two corny's in a big trashcan, I'd think.

The new Whole Foods opened in Highland Village yesterday, and their bar has a respectable 12 taps. Had Prairie Cherry Funk on tap, so got to try that out. Looking forward to seeing what they're able to rotate through. It's nice to have somewhere near my house to get good craft beer on draft!
