    So is it as simple as leaving it off if the co2 for a while if I did in fact over carb?? Will it have that over carbed off taste for good now??

    The crazy thing is, on the first day of drinking it, it tasted fine after being on my brothers new bottle and co2. Put it in my kegerator for the weekend, pressured it up with this really old bottle and co2, then it tastes infected. That's why I think it has something to do with the bottle. Or...

    Ok Thanks!! I was just thinking along the lines of the bottle or the co2 because the first couple of days the beer tasted great. Then 4 days later its infected after being on an old bottle and co2. This afternoon I'm going to try to get some flavors and post them. Appreciate it!

    Going to do this recipe in all grain. Should I just mash at 154, and sparge at 168-170??? Also, want to make sure the nutty flavor is distinct, was thinking about adding some victory. Any thoughts on that would be appreciated. Thanks !

    Can't wait till this weekend, drew a little off when I kegged her yesterday and WOW!! It's right on the money. We are having this Strawberry Blonde, A Rye Blonde, and a honey orange Blonde , at our family reunion this weekend ;). Should be a good day of craft beer festivities!!

    Sanitizing fresh fruit

    Anyone willing to post their recipe would be awesome. Just wanna see if I'm on the right path. Brewing this Strawberry Blonde and I only have 4 weeks. Will be force carbing so I think I have enough time.
