As mentioned, put the fermentor in a large pan of water, cover with towels (one end each towel in the water), put a fan blowing across the wet towels.
This will keep the temps several degrees cooler than amient. The ice will help too!!

If I read your procedure correctly; you were mashing in with abt. 1.25qt/lb.
11 lb of grain should absorb abt 1.33 gal of sparge water, leaving a .8qt/lb
ratio in the tun.

What ever method you choose to carbinate the beer (force, natural, etc.), make sure that it is carbonated to the desired level before unhooking the CO2.

Wet cardboard flavor, especially in extract/mini-mash is enhanced with the lid on..
Boiling W/O the lid,
Larger/full boils,
late extract adds,
& mini-mash really improved my beer.
