    I'm going to go way out on a limb and call it a Peach Cider. With the glass of milk there and the sun shining through, it's gotta be morning and a glass of cider does the body good.

    Just did my first AG batch with BIAB technique. Since I used Pilsner Malt, I mashed for 90 minutes and boiled for 90 minutes with the intent on getting as much DMS out of the batch as possible. I chilled it down to 90 degrees in about 20 minutes and had a significant amount of what I assume...

    Reminds me of a Samuel Smith glass but definitely not one of their stouts. Can't recall ever pouring their lager (always liked the heft of their bottles for drinking) but I'm going to go with Organic Lager.

    Funny comment about how it will control everything you see - I've spent the last three days looking at things thinking about if I could scavenge a potentiometer out of it for my DIY stirplate.
