    Help! The more I brew...

You know....they should just ship the grains in the fermenting bucket and consider the bucket marketing swag.

Oh yeah, totally forgot about it but Troeg's actually puts up some decent videos (and sometimes their grainbills) up on Youtube. Here's the JavaHead vid.

    Let's clone Troegs Java Head!

So I know the Java Head recipe is based off their original oatmeal stout that they no longer brew. I lived in the area when they brewed it and it was my favorite. You wouldn't happen to have an insight to their grain bill on the original?

"Guilty" confessions of a beer enthusiast

Yeah - I'll have to agree with jpsloan on that too. I actually like Michelob. Though my non-craft choices usually show up in the craft section in many dives. Sam Adams Boston Lager Yuengling Lager (affectionately known to many as just 'lager' (and no one carries premium)) I'm curious as to...

Good to know - I thought Czech Lager was a copyright thing - they could only be called Czech lagers if they were brewed in Czech. Kind of like Vidalia onions only come from Vidalia Georgia.
