It wasn't until everyone stating guessing pumpkin that I realized that my hint was unintentionally misleading. I'm usually brewing my pumpkin ales in the beginning of October so that they are ready to drink a week or two before Thanksgiving and not too green.
A few days after the Thanksgiving guests leave, I keg it and let it sit for 25 more days for pagan ceremonial purposes. Or just really to let it smooth out a bit.
I'm on a roll - Woot!
Another simple one and I wished a keg of it lasted longer than January. It aged quite well. Going to have to brew 10 gallons next Halloween.
Bingo!
Still working on the coloring and I'd like to to tilt the balance a bit more towards the bitter side (accent the cascade at the end) even though that might not be in style. This is the one that my friends want growlers of.
Kmcogar, you're up.
My arsenal of home brew pics is a little weak as I've been tweaking the same recipes trying to fine tune a finished product. That being said, I'd expect this to be guessed quickly.
