    Lager fementing temperature

I have a Munich Helles from Brewers Best that is in the fermenter. It has a yeast that is supposed to work fine at ale temps. The question I have is that I have my fermenting temp at 62. This is right between the ale and lager temps. Is it ok to leave it as is or should I try to warm it up a bit...

    Hops addition an boil.

I added my LME an started my boil. Stupid me forgot to add the buttering hops and the inititial boil right after adding the LME. I boiled for about 20 min before I realized. Should I start my boil time over when I added the hops?

Do you add the gelatin at the same time that you would add the Irish moss?

    Wort PH

Stupid spell check. I meant to say yeast. I am doing an extract brew and thought I should take the PH right before I pitch the yeast.

    Partial mash ?

Can someone explain partial mash? Is this the kits that have the grains that you steep first before adding your malt or is it something different.

    Wort boil?

Thanks. I have a propane burner to boil with. Should be fine to boil more water. Forgot about the extra time needed to cool. I guess I will experiment and what works best.

    Wort boil?

So in the direction for my Brewers Best kit it says to boil 3 gallons of water for the wort. My question is since I have a 30 quart pot can I boil more water for the wort so that I have less water to add at the end before fermenting?

    Toolbox recommendations

I got a rubber maid bin that will fit the longer tools. Like the siphon. I also have a smaller bin inside that can hold the more delicate items like thermometer and hydrometer. The large Rubbermaid bin doubles as a sanitizing station during brewing. I can lay everything in it and totally coat...

    Carbonation issue

Speaking of cold break. How fast is fast enough. I know that I you can do it instantaneously that is the best. But mine has been about 20 to 30 minutes. Is that good enough for now? I use the ice bath in a sink

    Carbonation issue

I just read that if you move to a secondary then it would help to clarify the beer. Not that it matters to me but just thought i would try and keep my beer as clear as I can get it.

    Carbonation issue

Well being new to this I was just wondering what was going in. I guess I should add on piece of info that I forgot. When I was moving the wort from the boil kettle to the fermenter I, for some reason it looked like it was picking up a lot if the hops so I ran it through a strainer. Just got...
