    Made a pumpkin brew and am really wanting some good flavor any suggestions/objections on what I could add to the secondary??? I was thinking maybe a cinnamon stick? All suggestions welcome.

    Pitched yeast?

    Thanks everyone. I will keep you posted. It was a liquid yeast and was a little clumpy in appearance when I first put it in but then it dissolved.

    Alright so I made my first non kit beer last night and I pitched the yeast at about 65-67 degrees give or take. I am a little worried because I woke up this morning and it looks like no reaction has happened at all. What should I do???

    Brown sugar gabf ?

    Was at the GABF this weekend and a guy told me he would add 3 cups of brown sugar to a pumpkin brew I'm making. He said to add it with 15 minutes left in the boil and then add spices with 5 minutes left. What do you guys think?

    It seems to be a little worse and a little foamy but I just poured the first one so there might of been some left in the line.

    Am about to make my first pumpkin brew my favorite is dogfish pumpkin any recipe ideas? I will probably combine all ideas and ask what you guys think so post away and thanks in advance
