    so how long does it take to fully carbonate a bottled beer via priming sugar? I know that it is best to let it condition for 3+ weeks, but is there a general point after bottling that you could/should check to see if you got the amount of priming sugar right in case you might need to take...

    not sure if I can comment on how well it would work for brewing since i haven't actually brewed anything yet.. but.. they make aquarium heaters for tanks up to 250 gallons and higher or you could just get more than one.. here is one that has a "heater guide" telling you how many watts...
