    Raspberry Wheat

    Yeah, it's generally 1 lb of fruit for every gallon of beer. I just made a partial mash raspberry wheat with 5 lbs of white raspberries and it turned out great, it didn't overpower you with raspberry taste.

    20 Gal batch questions

    Hey. I'm in your same position actually, we're doing our first 20 gallon batch next week. For the brewpot, we're using a 15 gallon pot cause we're using 8 gallons of water and 36lbs of LME (which equals 4 1/2 gallons I think). I'm not sure of what you're using but that could work out the same...

    New label

    My brother-in-law-to-be and I have the same last name, though different families entirely. We don't name our brews, only number. And the bottling date and ABV are added by hand later on.
