    My single tier build

Since my burners aren't here yet. Can anyone tell me the measurements of the mounting points on the BG-14 burners? Are they fairly consistent?

    My single tier build

Thanks. It's the fiber reinforced cutting disk.

    My single tier build

Here's what I did today... Still need to add the castors and get my burners.

    My single tier build

Correct, regular Dewalt miter saw with the Dewalt metal cutting blade from Home Depot. No speed controller.

    My single tier build

It's not a metal saw. It works fine with the metal cutting blade on it, but I'm not sure about it on a regular basis. If you notice, I spaced the bar stock away from the plastic insert with some MDF blocks. The insert would melt without the spacing. The cuts themselves are more square and...

    My single tier build

I went to the prestigious University of YouTube. Seriously there are tons of videos that can show you how to weld. It takes some practice but it's not that difficult.

    My single tier build

I'm not going as crazy as a few around here, but this will be a single tier, 3 keggle setup. 2in x 2in 16 gauge steel. That's it so far.

How many batches have you ruined and how??

Three dumpers so far in a year of brewing (about 10 batches): 1) 1st attempt at a Hoegaarden clone kit from ABS. Due to the fact that the ingredients were labeled opposite of the instructions (55 min boil vs 55 min mark), I added the bitter orange and paradise grains at the beginning instead of...

Belgian Blond Ale Revvy's Belgian Blonde (Leffe Clone)

Thanks for the answer. I read post #5 but it was still unclear to me since I don't know what cadi sugar is or the difference in clear sugar. I didn't want to guess and screw this batch up. Plain old granulated white cane sugar is what us mere mortals know it as.

Belgian Blond Ale Revvy's Belgian Blonde (Leffe Clone)

Looking for more info on the table sugar. Just dump it in for the last 15min or does something have to be done to it first? And by table sugar you mean just regular C&H Pure Cane Sugar?

Going to try this APA tomorrow. Any advice?

Thanks I may try the centennial. As far as the 5.2 I know I've read the endless discussion but I have it so I may as well use it, just incase it does something.

Going to try this APA tomorrow. Any advice?

This is exactly why I asked for advice. I'm new to this and tweaked a supposed Pale 31 recipe. What do you suggest instead of fuggles?

Whats more Awful Tofu or Belgian Beer?

Amazing... I've actually never met anyone that likes beer and hasn't liked Hoegaarden when they tried it.
