#1- Losing my order history with the new site sucks! #2- I have a $200 gift certificate that I want to use but almost everything that I want is out of stock. What is going on? Various Hops (Centennial), all Kegs, Wine Thief's, every scale, Specific Gravity Refractometers etc.. #3- They don't...

Help with Auber SYL-2362 and Honeywell Solenoids! Flame not consistent!

Thanks but I don't really have the room for these. I'll try drilling them out first, these will be the last resort.

Help with Auber SYL-2362 and Honeywell Solenoids! Flame not consistent!

After some searching it looks like I need to drill the orifices out to between .070 and .080".

Help with Auber SYL-2362 and Honeywell Solenoids! Flame not consistent!

Excuse my ignorance but right now my 3rd burner works perfectly without the Honeywell's. If I add the low pressure regulators to the solenoids, will the gas flow be enough for the burners?

Help with Auber SYL-2362 and Honeywell Solenoids! Flame not consistent!

I'm using the Keg Cowboy 3 BG14 burner set with the 40psi regulator. I tested the system today and the burners with the Honeywell valves were pulsing. I tried adjusting the 40psi regulator and the regulator screws on the valves but nothing would stop it. Here is a video of the problem happening...

Thanks. I'm using PID controllers (Auber Instruments SYL-2362) http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=106 The RTD sensors are also on the site: http://www.auberins.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=286 For the gas valves I'm using Honeywell...

Thank you. I got 3in stem castors from Harbor freight. The nuts were tricky to find. Lowes had them but neither Harbor Freight or Home Depot had them.

These were recommended by another member to help vent underneath the kegs and supposedly this helps with heating. I like them because they help hold the kegs with the screw heads being proud of the surface like that. Also they make it so the kegs won't scratch the paint from the frame.

Thank you. Those are the burners that I got, it seemed to be the best deal. I've been remodeling my kitchen so finishing the brewstand got put off for a bit.

Nice. Building a stand is a lot of work isn't it? No wonder they're so expensive:D

Without using the maple form and vise (shown here https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/my-single-tier-build-289260/index4.html) it would've been WAY harder.

The pilots are always on so no extra ignition modules. Basically before brewing I plan on lighting both pilots. After that, burner ignition will be handled by the Honeywell valves.

So I decided to go automated on the HLT and MLT. Valves: Pilot mounted: Control box: I still need to wire it all up.

Thanks, this is how I'm currently brewing 5 gal all grain. I can't wait to finish up and start using the new setup. I've taken a step back and decided to automate my HLT and MLT temps. I estimate I'll start brewing on the new setup in June.
