Congrats on the newborn. Somehow I haven't found time for anything but a cider in all of February. Put 5 brews under in January. Hoping to at least do a Blueberry blossom mead tonight and a saison tomorrow night. Have this beer planned for the end of March as long as all goes to plan.

Count me in on the Crabapple Lambicky. Have plenty of time to do it this year and the crabs are still hanging on the tree.

Still need a federal EIN on your customer worksheet but I have one for business. They will ship single bags fed ex, but still need a fork truck or loading dock for freighted pallets. Plenty of access to both so it wasn't a problem.

They may have at one point but all I had to do was fill out a new customer account worksheet. No minimum on ordering but he said the shipping is only worth it to buy as much as I could store at once. Buying a single sack would probably be no different than driving to a homebrew store and paying...

You could always kill 2 birds with one stone, add k meta and k sorbate and then rack onto a can of sliced peaches in syrup, back-sweetening and adding peach at the same time. Just a thought.
