Chill Haze, how did my brew wind up with it?

I had the same thing with a Pilsner. After about a week of refrigeration in the high 30's, they were clear.

    Slimmest keg available

I have two of the 5L kegs in a mini-fridge with a tap installed in the door. I use a 20oz paintball tank with a mini-regulator to supply CO2. This setup has been working well. I believe mine are Chinese made, but more or less the same as the KegLand ones.

    1 gallon batch equip. advice

I'm also using two gallon buckets for small batches since they're only $5 including the lid. I drill a hole in the lid and add a rubber grommet to hold an airlock or blowoff tube. Closed and near-closed transfer from bucket to keg

Success! Just transferred a NEIPA from my fermenting bucket to keg. I use silicone tubing to connect the bucket spigot to the liquid QD, remove the airlock from the bucket lid and run vinyl tubing from the gas QD back into the bucket.

    [Need Confirmation] Scaling Down Recipe

Yes, you can mash with 2.5 - 3 gallons and then do a dunk sparge with the rest. I get a bit more efficiency by doing a 10 minute dunk sparge vs. a full volume mash. What is your boil off rate?

Closed and near-closed transfer from bucket to keg

Started from the middle and got about 2/3 of the way through, but then lowered the autosiphon a bit too much. I'll pay closer attention next time!

Closed and near-closed transfer from bucket to keg

I tried #1 with my last batch and it worked well, for a bit. Then I think some trub got into the line and clogged up either the QD or poppet. I've got a NEIPA that will be soon ready to transfer. This bucket has a spigot, so I will be able to keep the lid on and feed the gas displaced from the...

    Noob hydrometer question

The current reading looks to be about 1.007, which would put you around 3.7% ABV.
