I am proud to say I had my 3rd batch come out quite tasty! This batch was done with 2lbs of jasmine rice and 5 Vietnamese small rice balls shown below. The final yield was 33oz, or (1) 750ml + 8oz in half a swing top. This was left on my dining room table at about 75 average temp for 19 days in...

I did find the white oak at a shop that I should be able to get to this weekend. That Class of 88 sounds good. I would be interested in that one.

I got some bad news today. They did not get white oak in and they were not sure if they will. I emailed the distributor and I will let you know what i find out.

This was a great event! I was amazed at the turn out. Hopefully they will do another event like this in the future.

That's not really the point of multiple bottles. I was more thinking if one was bulk aging a few beers and wanted to carb one up quick to share or try. Not really to bring a 6 pack of soda bottled beer.
