    4 gallon batches

    The recipe was for a 5 gallon batch, I did everything but only brewed 4 gallons 2.5 gallons in the boil, the rest was cold water. It spent 7 days in the primary with a lot of action the first 5 days. When I popped thelid the kraesen was pretty much gone and I lost about 1/4 gallon in evap...

    My beer has no bubbles!!!!!

    This is my third batch making a Cooper IPA (3.75#)with xtra cascade and wilamette hops ( I live in washington so They are right off the vine) and 2 # LME It has been in the bottle for 3 weeks barely a hint of carbonation. I used carb tabs this round, instead of priming sugar, 4 tabs...
